ABOUT US
We are three integrative Art Psychotherapists who have a vision for an inclusive conscious business that offers therapeutic mental health support to individuals, systems and organisations. Our interest lies in clinical technological approaches.
Alongside this we deliver informative and creative workshops and retreats for all those in our communities far and wide. These workshops range from understanding parent-child relationships to dealing with trauma and grief.

Hand2Health and Digital Health Technology
“Digital technologies, platforms and appliactions are a reality within the delivery of mental health care pathways in England…” – by Mental health network – NHS confederation, September 2023
The need for digital mental health pathways is recognised in current and future political and social digital agendas. With approximately 4700 Arts Psychotherapists across the UK there is a limited accessibility to Art Psychotherapy. At Hand2Health we are researching and exploring ways in which the relationship and containment of Art Psychotherapy can be accessed through digital technologies. Our research is concentrating on how to provide creative therapeutics (using metaphor, symbols, and imagery) at a relational depth through digital platforms.
We are delighted to be presenting:
‘Anchoring Art Psychotherapeutics in the world of extended reality (XR) Technology’
BAAT conference, Art therapy and innovation: attending to context and relationship, 9th November 2024
